These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hoor mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Hoor. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). See our Child Safety Standards.
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Hoor a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and must have the rights to share it.
We provide in-app tools to block and report users and content. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, to protect users and comply with the law.
The Service may include virtual coins, gifts, and items. These have no monetary value, are non-transferable outside the Service except as expressly provided, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time
(Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access if you
violate these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for how
data is handled on deletion.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
