This Privacy Policy explains how Hoor ("Hoor", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Hoor mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
We collect only what we need to run the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

The purpose of all collection is app functionality. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit — the API is served over HTTPS and real-time connections use secure WebSockets (WSS). Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes (bcrypt); we never store or log your password in plain text.
We keep personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
You can download a machine-readable copy of your personal data at any time from within the app, or by emailing us (see Contact).
You can delete your account in two ways:
Settings → Delete Account.When you delete your account we permanently remove or irreversibly anonymize your personal data — including profile fields, chat messages, stories, uploaded media (profile pictures, chat and story files), follows, reports, and push/device tokens. Some records may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form where required for legal, security or accounting reasons (for example, in-app currency transaction records), but these can no longer identify you.
Hoor is a social app and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). See our Child Safety Standards page and the in-app block/report tools. If you believe a child is using the Service or you encounter CSAE content, contact us immediately at safety@bingo-tec.com.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
