Child Safety Standards

Hoor is committed to protecting children and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards and measures we apply, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly forbidden on Hoor and result in immediate removal and account termination, plus reporting to the appropriate authorities:

• Any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
• Creating, sharing, soliciting, or storing CSAM.
• Grooming, enticement, or sextortion of minors.
• Trafficking or any form of child endangerment.

2. In-app reporting & user controls

Every user can block and report other users and content directly in the app. Reports concerning child safety are prioritized for review. Users can also control who can contact and follow them.

3. How we respond

• We review reports of CSAE and act promptly to remove violating content and accounts.
• We report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local equivalents, as required by law.
• We preserve relevant records to assist lawful investigations.

4. Minimum age

Hoor is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly allow underage accounts and will remove them when identified.

5. Report a concern

To report child-safety concerns or CSAE content outside the app, contact our dedicated safety channel. We aim to respond to child-safety reports as a priority.
